City of Muenster issued the following announcement on Jan. 3.
The following is the Agenda for the Regular Meeting of the Muenster City Council to be held at 6:30 pm in the City Hall meeting room on Monday January 4, 2021.
1. Call meeting to order at 6:30pm
2. Opening prayer
3. Approve minutes of the Regular Meeting held on December 7, 2020.
4. Recognize visitors and invite them to attend the entire Council meeting and to discuss their business.
5. Consider any other business, that is not on the agenda, to come before the Council.
OLD BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS:
1. Discuss and possibly approve replacement for Councilman Adam Deweber on City Council
2. The Mayor will call for City Elections on Saturday May 1, 2021. The following positions are open: Mayor Tim Felderhoff, Place#3 Cliff Sicking, and Place #5.
3. Consider and possibly approve someone to be the City’s Retail Food Sales Health Inspector.
4. Consider approving the purchase of machine used to locate sewer line breaks.
5. Appoint Board Members for the Muenster Industrial Development Board of Directors.
6. Receive monthly update from the Fire Department.
7. Receive monthly update on City Police Department from Police Chief Barr.
8. Receive City Administrator’s Report: The City Administrator will update the Council on City Projects and Activities.
9. Review and act on monthly bills
10. Adjourn
NOTES:
1. The Council may vote and/or act upon each of the items listed in this agenda.
2. The Council reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of the items listed on this Agenda when it is considered necessary and legally justified under the Open Meetings Act.
