4.8% of Fannin County residents considered unemployed in 2021

Fannin County recorded an unemployment rate of 4.8% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 752 people out of the 35,453 living in Fannin County at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The unemployment rate in Fannin County has increased compared to the 4.7% registered in 2020.

The percentage of people unemployed in Fannin County was less than the statewide unemployment rate of 5.3%.

Everyone who had a job at the time belonged to the civilian labor force.
