Rep. Pat Fallon, currently serving Texas' 4th District in the U.S. Congress, has made several statements via social media addressing key issues related to national security and crime data. Fallon has expressed his commitment to ensuring accountability and transparency on matters concerning public safety.

On November 2, 2024, Rep. Fallon posted about ongoing efforts by a task force to investigate incidents involving Secret Service personnel. He emphasized the importance of holding parties accountable for the events of July 13: "Our Task Force has completed dozens of transcribed interviews w/Secret Service personnel, with many more to come. We must ensure accountability for the failures of July 13."

Later that day, Fallon addressed discrepancies in national crime data reported by the FBI for the year 2022. He highlighted concerns over a significant revision that revealed an increase in violent crime contrary to previous reports: "The FBI's stunning revision to the 2022 national crime data should concern ALL Americans."

In another post on November 2, he shared that a letter was sent to Secretary Mayorkas and USSS Acting Director Rowe seeking documentation on security plans related to a July event: "Our Task Force has sent a letter to Secretary Mayorkas and USSS Acting Director Rowe requesting ALL documents regarding the security plans of the July 13th Butler rally."
