Rep. Pat Fallon has been vocal on social media about his views on immigration policies and their outcomes. Through a series of tweets posted on March 5, 2025, Fallon critiques the approaches of different administrations towards illegal immigration, emphasizing data that supports his claims.

In a tweet posted at 17:01 UTC, Rep. Pat Fallon commented on the increase in ICE arrests under President Trump, stating "The 600% increase in ICE arrests of illegals shows that President Trump was serious when he said he was serious about cracking down on illegal immigration." He further criticized sanctuary city mayors for prioritizing "criminal illegals before the safety of American citizens."

Later that day, at 20:43 UTC, Fallon tweeted about the data concerning illegal encounters and national security under Democratic leadership. He asserted "While the left likes to deal with delusion, I prefer dealing with data." According to him, there was a significant rise in illegal encounters (600%), terror watchlist encounters (35%), and apprehensions of Russian nationals (130000%). He concluded by stating that these figures indicate the failure of leftist policies.

At 22:00 UTC, Fallon highlighted what he described as "the worst border crisis in US history" during President Biden's tenure. He noted "Under Biden we saw the worst border crisis in US history, letting in up to 300,000 illegals in ONE MONTH." In contrast, he praised former President Trump's first month of his term for having fewer than 10,000 apprehensions as an example of putting America first.
