City of Gainesville issued the following announcement on Aug. 12.
Calling all high school age young ladies. The Gainesville Parks & Recreation Department will be hosting once again a Fall High school softball league. Notification of the league had been sent out to all within a 30 mile radius. Bring your team, jerseys not required, double headers and 8 game minimum.
