Muenster Police Department issued the following announcement on Oct. 23.
Seth A. LaDuke w/m 27 YOA has registered as a Sex Offender with MPD. His residence is in the 700 blk of East Division St.
Notice is made in the interest of public safety as the offender's victim was a minor.

The offender is a transfer from out of state. His registration has to be done manually, therefore, there will be an undetermined delay in the information being available on the website. His assigned risk classification will also be delayed until DPS makes a determination.
