City of Leonard issued the following announcement on Dec. 7.
Notice is hereby given in accordance with V.T.C.A. Government Code, Chapter 551, the City Council of the City of Leonard, Texas, will meet in a Regular Meeting to be held at 5:30 P.M., Tuesday the 8th day of December, 020 at the City Council Chambers at 111 West Collin Street, Leonard, Texas.
