On November 25, 2024, Rep. Fallon criticized the current administration's foreign policy, stating that "The past four years of Biden & Harris has been marked by weak US leadership and retreat on the world stage." He further commented that this perceived weakness has emboldened adversaries such as Russia, China, and Iran. Fallon expressed confidence that "President Trump will restore deterrence and see a return to peace through strength."

Later the same day, Fallon addressed concerns regarding border security in another tweet: "The longer that the Biden-Harris border crisis continues the longer that Americans' safety will be put at risk." He highlighted recent statistics indicating 140,000 illegal crossings last month alone at the start of FY25. He assured that "Under President Trump we WILL secure our border and restore the rule of law."

In a subsequent tweet posted on November 25, 2024, Rep. Fallon commented on legal matters involving former President Trump: "Jack Smith's decision to drop his case against President Trump marks a victory over the DOJ's political lawfare." He criticized what he perceives as governmental weaponization under the Biden Administration and emphasized moving forward under Trump's leadership.
