Later on December 13, 2024, Rep. Fallon discussed communication failures within the United States Secret Service (USSS) during a critical incident involving former President Trump. He described how communication breakdowns led to significant information not reaching key individuals in time. He emphasized the need for improved protocols by stating, "The USSS needs a clear chain of command, unified command posts, and a reliable communication plan."
