On March 26, 2025, Fallon tweeted his concerns regarding illegal immigration under President Biden’s administration. He stated, "Under Biden we saw an increase of 527% in Chinese nationals and a 2400% in Russian nationals illegally entering the US. If even a fraction of a percent of these individuals are foreign agents, we have a MAJOR problem on our hands. Trump is 100% right to secure our border."

On the following day, March 27, 2025, Fallon shared a statement by FBI Director Patel, tweeting, "FBI Director Patel: 'The enemy is not relenting.' It is chilling to comprehend the extent to which foreign agents have gained access to and manipulated US officials. Counterintelligence agents continue to present the gravest national security threat of our time." This tweet highlights his focus on the potential threats posed by foreign agents to U.S. national security.

Later on the same day, Fallon expressed his opinion on taxpayer funding of partisan news outlets, tweeting, "Partisan news outlets shouldn't be funded by taxpayers. NPR has 87 registered Democrats in the newsroom and 0 Republicans. PBS gave 72% NEGATIVE coverage of the GOP convention and 88% POSITIVE coverage for the Democrat convention. Are we to believe they're truly non-partisan?" Here, Fallon questions the impartiality of publicly funded media organizations.
