Lindsay Independent School District issued the following announcement on July 21.
Free EKGs will be available to all Lindsay athletes who will be in grades 7-12 this school year.
The boys will be screened in the old gym. Please enter on the north side through the foyer, exit through the west doors.
The girls will screen in the new gym. Please enter through the front door and wait in foyer. You will exit out the south doors.
All athletes must wear a mask.
Please have all paperwork filled out. Screening will start at Noon and end at 3:00. The total screen time is 5-6 minutes.
Please take advantage of this program. It will help us get a handle on heart problems in young adults.
