On February 16, 2025, Rep. Pat Fallon emphasized the importance of strengthening national defense amidst rising threats from several countries. He stated, "As threats from Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea rise, we must strengthen our defense by expanding our submarine industrial base and boosting security in the Indo-Pacific." He further advocated for investing in a stronger military to protect America's interests.
