Rep. Pat Fallon, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Texas’ 4th district, has shared his views on economic and foreign policy through a series of tweets. Fallon, who succeeded John Ratcliffe in 2021, has been vocal about fiscal policies and international relations.
On February 18, 2025, Rep. Fallon emphasized the importance of stability for private sector investment. He advocated for extending President Trump's tax cuts to provide "peace of mind" necessary for economic growth. According to him, "The math is simple - when you cut taxes, our revenue increases."
The following day, February 19, 2025, he addressed the national debt issue by asserting that reducing the debt-to-GDP ratio requires both economic growth and spending cuts. He expressed support for a reconciliation bill aimed at achieving these objectives: "Our reconciliation bill is a step in the right direction to achieve this goal."
Later that same day, Rep. Fallon highlighted President Trump's foreign policy approach of "peace through strength." He stressed the need to bolster military presence in Eastern Europe as a deterrent against Russian aggression: "By strengthening our posture in Eastern Europe, we can deter future Russian aggression and stop the next war before it starts."
